Program Assistant Volunteer - Families Together in the Home

Would you like the opportunity to learn about how parenting and child development education is impletemented with parents and children ages birth to 4 years old in a home visiting setting?

Volunteer responsibilities will include:

• Create curriculum parent handbooks, handouts and program intake packets
• Organize and update community resources files
• Organize activity supplies and create activity packets
• Organize and inventory of in-kind donations
• Other tasks as directed by supervisor

Requirements:

• Time commitment of 4-6 hours per week.  Open to offering more if volunteer is seeking internship credit for undergraduate studies
• Adherence to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy and Security Rules
• Ability to take direction from supervisor
• Great organizational skills
