Lobby Monitor Volunteer

The Child and Adult Therapies Program at Lifetrack Resources consists of an in-house therapeutic team and a network of partners that provides integrated, effective therapeutic services to our clients and families. Lifetrack is licensed as a Home Care provider by the Minnesota Department of Health.

Volunteer responsibilities will consist of:

• Assisting in the reception / lobby area by letting after-hours clients in to the building for appointments.
• Professionally greet clients.
• Inform therapists of client's arrival in a timely manner.
• Maintain the lobby in a safe, orderly, and clean fashion.

Requirements:

• Time commitment of Monday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Great customer service skills
• Mature judgement
• Problem solving skills
