Give students the real-world insight about skills used in customer service and sales at one of Lifetrack's three week long Customer Service Trainings that focuses on preparing jobseekers for employment in the customer service field.
Volunteer responsibilities will consist of:
- Speaking to participants of the Customer Service class about your insight of the skills used in customer service and sales.
- Make students aware of current careers / job openings in the the customer service field.
- Talk to the students about the positions your company hires for , and any advice you have about your field of expertise.
Requirements:
- Time commitment is minimal - just takes one hour to guest speak at the training.
- Experience presenting / training on sales and/or customer service preferred.
- Experience working wtih low-income adults a plus.
- Knowledge of administrative support, retail and call centers helpful.
