Early Childhood & Family Services

Lifetrack Resources helps young children and their families with serious risk factors.  We work with children and families to influence a positive physical environment, develop a network of community relationships and achieve healthy social and emotional growth.  Children overcome developmental delays in our therapeutic programs while families grow stronger through our home visiting services.
