Refugee Employment & Social Services

Lifetrack Resources works with immigrants and refugees with legal authorization to work in the United States, in order to promote their adjustment to the American workplace through workforce development, placement in employment, and follow-up retention services. Our customers receive one on one employment counseling and may qualify for paid work experience at Innovative Packaging Solutions.

The Refugee Employment and Social Services program ensures access to services for clients whose English-speaking ability is limited. The program receives funding in part from the Minnesota Departments of Human Services and Employment and Economic Development, the McKnight Foundation, and the Twin Cities United Way.
