We are pleased to share that Lifetrack Resources’ Families Together Therapeutic Preschool East Side classroom will be relocating from its current site connected to Harding Senior High School to Lifetrack’s main office at 709 University Avenue West, where it will join our other classrooms for the 2012-13 school year.

St. Paul Schools chose not to extend a lease to Lifetrack Resources for the upcoming school year. Lifetrack is currently undergoing construction at its main office to accommodate the second classroom.  There will be no changes to the number of children and families served, and we will continue to serve Frogtown, Summit University and the East Side neighborhoods of Saint Paul.

“Even though Families Together lost its East Side space at Harding High School, we are very happy that we will be able to continue to serve the East Side community at the present level.  With this move we should be able to streamline services and continue to provide the consistent high level of services to our children and families,” shared Barbara Otto, Families Together Program Manager.

The Families Together East Side classroom space was added in 2006 to expand the services already provided at the main location on University Avenue.

The Families Together is a full year program providing early intervention when there is a risk of abuse or neglect for young children and their families and consists of the following components:

• A Therapeutic Preschool with half day classes three times a week providing enrichment activities in all developmental areas. Transportation and meals are included.
• Family Support with home visits to the family by the teaching staff and family worker providing support to meet basic needs, parent education, and family enrichment activities
• Therapy including speech and language, occupational, and mental health therapy on-site to children as needed.
