Lifetrack Resources announced that after over 45 years that their competitive packaging and assembly business Packaging First will be renamed Innovative Packaging Solutions.

The packaging and assembly division was added to Lifetrack Resources’ services in 1963 to provide people with severe developmental disabilities a unique source of employment. Today the production plant focuses on serving new immigrants and refugees by providing training and work experience in America. In 2009 alone Lifetrack Resources’ clients worked over 21,000 hours at Innovative Packaging Solutions.

Innovative Packaging Solutions’ new name better reflects the holistic approach the business provides to its clients. The experienced staff provides consultation and packaging design guidance in order to help their customers achieve their branding, marketing and price needs.

According to General Manager Terry Choate, “We believe the new name and identity will better convey the scope of our services. We offer our clients more than a service but a solution to their packaging needs. Innovative Packaging Solutions is a smart choice as we are dedicated to serving the customer and the community by providing training for persons with challenges to employment.”
