History of Lifetrack Resources |
Lifetrack Resources Releases the Final Report on Frogtown Family ConnectionsMarch, 2003 - Lifetrack Resources recently released a Final Evaluation Report on a 2-year demonstration project, Frogtown Family Connections. The project uses family home visiting to reach TANF recipients who are not connected to a job counselor and are at risk of being sanctioned. Frogtown Family Connections uses home visiting to find families on public assistance who were referred to Lifetrack Resources but did not appear for welfare to work services, resulting in reduction of the family's benefits. The goal is to overcome barriers to family well-being and self sufficiency. Our Families Together home visiting experience is combined with our employment services experience to create a relationship with families to help resolve immediate family issues, discover what they need most, access community resources and work toward family stability. The results were astounding. The Final Evaluation Report and the Preliminary Evaluation Report of the program are available for download in PDF format below.
