Russ looked to Lifetrack's employment counseling for assistance in finding a fulfilling career. Today, Russ is a supervisor for a company that runs group homes for people with disabilities. While Russ continues to grow in his career, he has also managed to volunteer as a monitor for court cases and recently finished writing a book about his experience.
