2007 Outcomes

Lifetrack Resources provided 3,562 children and adults in the metropolitan area build better lives by providing occupational, physical and speech/language therapy services and providing parent-based support and resources for families with infants and young children who are deaf or hard of hearing.

  • 100% of seniors and adults with disabilities considered at risk for institutionalization were able to remain living independently in their homes.
  • 86% of people served reported improved or maintained health and physical fitness.
  • 100% of children served improved in physical functioning or communications abilities.

    Lifetrack Resources is designated as an Essential Community Provider by the Minnesota Department of Health for our ability to integrate appropriate supportive and stabilizing services with medical services for uninsured persons, high risk and special needs populations. We are the only provider of therapy in the home for low-income people who are served by the public health departments in Ramsey, Hennepin and Dakota counties. Lifetrack Resources is a member of the Minnesota Home Care Association.
