Making a Referral:
Anyone may call to request an evaluation or therapy services including
parents, nurses,doctors and other professionals.

Fees for Service:
Lifetrack Resources accepts payment from insurance companies, HMO's, Medicare, Medical Assistance and government agencies. For anyone unable to pay the cost of service, a sliding fee is available in some locations.
