Employment and Business Services Outcomes

Lifetrack matches people in need of a job, to a business need. Lifetrack helps people develop job skills and meet business needs for quality employees that lead to productive lives and productive communities. Lifetrack's Employment and Business Services provides an effective combination of work experience, training, counseling and support. Lifetrack works with companies and the community to connect potential workers with language training, housing and transportation, or basic work experience.

Packaging First, our production facility, provides paid transitional work experience to help a broad range of people build personal and job skills in a real work setting.

In addition, customized training is provided for employers who need to train employees in skills for job retention and advancement at the employer’s site.
