Job Coaching:
Lifetrack Resources provides on-the-job training and support after employment.
- On and off site job coaching
- Problem solving and decision making on employment related issues
- Self-advocacy acitivites and resources
- Work place communication
- Public transportation training
- Working with employee and employer on goals
- Meeting regularly with employee and employer
Job Retention and Job Advancement:
Lifetrack will help to maintain and advance inemployment.
- Facilitation of natural supports
- Link for communication between employee and employer
- Continued career planning
- Ongoing support to assist in career advancement
