Lifetrack Resources was certified by the Charities Review Council on March 29th, 2006. The Charities Review Council provides tools to donors to make informed giving decisions that help build a stronger nonprofit sector.

CARF, Three-year accreditation in Employment Services

CARF, the national accrediting organization, completed its periodic survey of Lifetrack Resources in August of 2006. CARF accredited Lifetrack Resources at the highest possible level - a three-year accreditation. Lifetrack was cited as an exemplary organization for receiving the Nonprofit Excellence Award for its well-developed business practices and positive accomplishments in supporting the needs of families served through its educational, employment, and rehabilitation therapy services..

Lifetrack Resources has strengths in many areas:

  • Diversity of staff members and board appropriately reflects the characteristics of the communities the organization serves.
  • The commitment to the community is evidenced by maintaining services within neighborhoods in need and by opening doors for community residents to utilize job search resources and facilities.

CARF tests organizations seeking accreditation against a rigorous set of standards through analysis of internal documentation as well as querying staff, board, funders, employers and persons served. CARF accreditation extends to Lifetrack's employment programs for persons with disabilities.

Community Employment Services (CES)
Community employment services assist a person seeking employment to choose, obtain, and retain integrated employment in the community. Such services may be described as individual placements, competitive employment, supported employment, and other community-integrated designs. Individuals are paid by community employers.

Lifetrack Resources is certified by the Minnesota Department of Human Services as a Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services provider effective April 26th, 2006.

Minnesota Rehabilitation Services Branch Approved Provider

The Minnesota Rehabilitation Services Branch works with individuals who have disabilities, providing a variety of services. The services include but are not limited to: vocational planning, employment information and referral service. They also provide guidance in maintaining employment.

Services are delivered by 355 branch staff and 140 state certified community agencies through three major statewide programs.

Minnesota Workforce Center System Affiliate Site

Lifetrack Resources is an Affiliate Site for the Minnesota WorkForce Center System. Affiliate Sites are located in many different communities and may serve special population groups. Affiliate Sites also have characteristics that make them accessible to particular individuals: accessible location, translators for non-English speakers, rural service area or located within a community or group with a long tradition of seeking employment-related help. Affiliate Sites are not full service Workforce Centers but do provide some similar services, including access to Workforce Center Internet-based services, information on and referrals to special Workforce Center programs, and general information such as: job search tactics and tips, resume writing assistance, community resources and educational resources.

Rehabilitation Therapies Accreditations and Affiliations

Lifetrack Resources is an approved Medicare and Medical Assistance provider for Rehabilitation Therapies, meaning we may be able to help you if you do not possess health insurance. Please call 265-2338 to determine if you are eligible for our services.

The Minnesota Department of Health recognizes Lifetrack Resources as an Essential Community Provider. Essential Community Providers’ are health care providers that serve high-risk, special needs, and underserved individuals. Providers must provide culturally sensitive and competent services including transportation, child care, and interpreters to their clients. Health plans must offer provider contracts to all designated Essential Community Providers in approved service areas to serve the health plan companies' high-risk, special needs enrollees.
