Financial Literacy Mentors $5,000
Provide financial tutors and mentors to low income job seekers and employees
   
Lifetrack Resources Success Network $25,000 and volunteers

Ongoing networking, information and referral services for current and past participants within Lifetrack Resources' Employment, Therapeutic and Early Childhood programs to empower our past participants to achieve continued success as financial providers and parents through peer support, mentorship and maintenance of the informal networks which build long term resiliency for people and families.

Critical topics include: time management, stress management, financial management and planning, nutrition and health, parenting, parent-school relationships, sex education, conflict resolution, interpersonal communications and teamwork.

   
Lifetrack Resources/St. Paul Library Family Partnership $2,000
A partnership to expand training's on "soft skills" including resume writing, interviewing skills, job search techniques, career planning, dress and appearance, basic computer usage, and networking. Proposed additional topics may include communication in the workplace, parenting, how to balance work and family, family recreational activities, empowerment, addressing a felony, financial literacy, accessing community resources, and how to succeed in the workplace. Children of attendees will be engaged in educational activities.
   
Packaging First Training Center $50,000

Begin on site mentoring and family resources information to employment services clients and Packaging First trainees.
