The portable workstation enhances effective, timely patient assessment and care through a state of the art comprehensive assessment of swallowing, feeding and appropriate behaviors and therapies for victims of severe injuries, strokes and paralysis

Increase access to information and peer support for families and caregivers of children and adult's served through Lifetrack Resources Children and Adult Therapies programs.

Outreach program for parents and children lead by licensed speech pathologists to give low income and nonnative English language speakers critical tools for helping children develop the speech, language and vocabulary skills fundamental to health child development, learning and feel fully a part of the world around them.

Serving children diagnosed within the Autism spectrum through the power of sound, physical therapies and creative play.
   
Safe at Home-Hand Rails, Shoe Horns and Helping Hands  
The fear of falling is one of the constant worries for many seniors. Even a small fall can cause major injuries and greatly limit a senior's ability to care for themselves and enjoy their daily routines. Safe at Home fall prevention classes teach seniors and their families about the many ways they can avoid accidents, unnecessary strains, and be more at-home in their surroundings.

Help Lifetrack Resources Therapies Programs provide more patients with the tools and resources for overcoming the challenges of functional disabilities. Journals, books, publications and small items to manage the daily adjustments required from a dramatic injury or disability.
